Key Account Manager

Location: Mumbai


  1. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major 30-40 key clients 
  2. Searching & Downloading E-Tenders from various E-Portals. Uploading/Submitting the Documents for Tender submission.
  3. Handling, addressing, and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  6. Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
  7. Prepare regular reports of progress and P&L forecasts and analysis to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
  9. Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
