Key Account Manager – Sales / BD

Responsibilities

  1. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major key clients. 
  2. Handling, addressing, and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  3. Growing the business organically and inorganically.
  4. End-to-end support and coordination with customers to develop healthy relationships.
  5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  7. Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
  8. Prepare regular reports of progress and P&L forecasts and analysis to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
  10. Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
