Responsibilities
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major 30-40 key clients
- Searching & Downloading E-Tenders from various E-Portals. Uploading/Submitting the Documents for Tender submission.
- Handling, addressing, and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and P&L forecasts and analysis to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
- Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
