Technical Sales

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

  1. To take care of all Reefer/Cooling Technology related technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate support
  2. Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Keeping customers informed about new technological, features and benefits of our products, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  4. Creates and delivers solution & design to the customer based on technical and Commercial aspects, 
  5. Coordinates closely with internal sales and Operations team to align solution design with customers as per business requirements. To visit along with them at client sites if any critical situation arises.
  6. Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.
  7. Working on concept and shop drawings of the products.  Also, write technical reports to summarise findings. 
  8. Single phase positive portable product development
  9. Heat load calculation cooling kw, electrical calculation etc
  10. Using innovative ways to build our own product USPs on long term (in terms of less green-house effect, energy consumption etc.)
  11. Overall to ensure QC (Quality Standards) for all Cooling / Reefer Technology related matters or, where criticality arises
  12. Generating technical fact sheet/ Specification / USP

Technical Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
  • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively.
